How to book online?
You may book online at https://cagsawatours.ph
1. Select your preferred trip date
2. Select trip and seat/s
3. Input your details
4. Complete payment
You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.
How can I cancel my trip or request a refund?
Cancellation and requests for refund may be processed at any of Cagsawa ticketing offices and up to twenty-four (24) hours before the trip and subject to a 20% surcharge. Service fee is non-refundable.
How to rebook trip?
Online Rebooking
• Rebook up to 24 hours before your trip via the “Manage Booking” button or https://easybus.ph/rebook
Over-the-Counter Rebooking
• Available at any Cagsawa ticketing office (up to 24 hours before departure), with the following terms:
• ₱100 service fee for cancellations made at least 1 day before departure
• Ticket becomes an Open Ticket (valid for 3 months, subject to availability)
• Same-day cancellation (before check-in): 30% fee of fare
• No-show: 50% surcharge upon rebooking
• Tickets are non-refundable
How to book Sleeper Bus?
As of the moment, Sleeper bus is not yet available for online booking. You may reserve your tickets via Walk in at your nearest Cagsawa Ticketing Offices.
