How to book online?

- Select your preferred trip date
- Select trip and seat/s
- Input your details
- Complete payment
You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.
How to rebook trip?
Online Rebooking
• Rebook up to 24 hours before your trip via the “Manage Booking” button or https://easybus.ph/rebook
Over-the-Counter Rebooking
• Available at any Cagsawa ticketing office (up to 24 hours before departure), with the following terms:
• ₱100 service fee for cancellations made at least 1 day before departure
• Ticket becomes an Open Ticket (valid for 3 months, subject to availability)
• Same-day cancellation (before check-in): 30% fee of fare
• No-show: 50% surcharge upon rebooking
• Tickets are non-refundable
Cancellation/Refund
Cancellation and request for refund may be processed in any Cagsawa ticketing offices at least one (1) day before the trip and subject to a 30% surcharge. Service fee is non-refundable.
